The practice runs at five concurrent retainers. Most engagements run 12-24 months. That means we typically open one slot per quarter. Discovery calls are 45 minutes; the goal is to figure out if a 90-day kickoff sprint would actually move your business — not to sell you a retainer.

  3. [03] The discovery call is the diagnostic. If we both agree there's work to do, I send a 90-day kickoff scope + retainer terms within 48 hours.
  4. [04] If we're not a fit — too early, wrong shape, no slot this quarter — I'll say so plainly and point you at a better-shaped resource.
